This roadmap shows the steps to work on different activities to those 2 grups/classes which have established a link. Teachers can use it as a basis document to plan the exchanges

1) Introducing your group / class: "WHO WE ARE"
Each group/class introduces itself with a picture and a short description about their school, class and studied topics. Also they can write a short description about their city or town.
- Format: picture + small text with school name, number of students, age and topic
- Where to share: on the blog http://who-changingwithclimate.tumblr.com/ + by email
- Define a common deadline with your twin group: ___________________

2) Keeping a diary: "HOW WE GET FAMILIAR WITH CLIMATE CHANGE"
Each school can publish all its diffrent activities done or carried out related to Climate Change.
- Format: picture for each activity + small text with date, and short description. Each group should publish at least 1 post on the blog.

- Define a common deadline with your twin group: ___________________

3) Summary of your project / action and messages for other students: "WHAT WE DO AND WHAT YOU CAN DO TO LIMIT CLIMATE CHANGE"
Twinned schools present their results about activities/ action done together to limit Climate Change.
- Format: article + picture with main results and comments (for ex. CO 2 saved, students' feeling about the project). Each group should publish 1 post on the blog at the end of the school year.
- Where to share: on the blog http://who-changingwithclimate.tumblr.com/ + by Skype
- Define a common deadline with your twin group: ___________________

4) Only for teachers: "share your experience!"
Teachers can give advice about educational resources used, activities done and experiences.
- Format: article with your difficulties, advice, success story, questions, pictures...on education to climate change, of course!
